DINACARD CREDIT CARD

Each holder of a current account opened with Postal Savings Bank, joint-stock company, with regular monthly income based on a salary or pension can submit an application for issuing and using the DinaCard credit card. Apart from the primary card, it is also possible to issue two additional cards at the most upon the Cardholder’s request.

Validity term of the card is 3 years.

The card may be used for cash withdrawals at any post office or bank counter, ATMs and for the payment of goods and services on the points of acceptance where DinaCard logo is displayed. For making payments of goods and services and for cash withdrawals, it is necessary that the Cardholder holds enough funds available within the credit limit.

The Cardholder may divide any payment of goods and services in the amount higher than RSD 1,000.00 in 2-12 installments via e-channels. For division into installments, a fee in the amount of 0.30% (min. RSD 20.00) shall be charged to the Cardholder on each installment from the total amount of the transaction.

Calculation of outstanding liabilities and calculation of interests shall be done once a month on the last calendar day of the month. The Bank shall provide the Cardholder with a Statement informing him/her of all the transactions made with primary and additional cards in the previous month, the fees and commissions, the maturity dates and the amount of debt.

The Statement is available to the Cardholder on e-banking order.

A monthly liability shall become due for payment on 15th in the next month and it shall be debited from the current RSD account through a standing order. The Cardholder shall have an obligation to repay monthly at least a part of the debit indicated on the monthly statement as a "minimum amount for payment", i.e. 5% of the debit amount to which the amount of the installment based on the transaction divided into installments and the interests and fees in full are added. A monthly membership fee that is obligatory shall be included in the fee no matter whether the Cardholder uses the credit card or not. A part of the debt that is not paid shall be transferred to the next period and an interest shall be calculated on that debt.

The Cardholder may, at any moment, make an early repayment of the credit card debt, in full or in part, at the Bank’s counter, post office, other bank or via e-channels.

In case of loss or theft of the card issued by Postal Savings Bank , joint-stock company, it is necessary that the Cardholder contacts the Call Center of the Bank at the following telephone number: 011 20 20 292 or visits the nearest branch office of the Bank.

The Cardholder may block the card also via e-channels.

Complaints are submitted to Postal Savings Bank exclusively in writing.
