SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION FOR CARD ISSUANCE
Application for issuance of DinaCard business debit card is submitted at the Bank counter by a person authorized to represent the legal entity or entrepreneur along with accompanying documentation. In order for the application to be approved, the legal entity/entrepreneur must hold a current account with the Bank.
The card can be used in the country to pay for goods and services and withdraw cash at locations displaying DinaCard logo.
The DinaCard business debit card is most often used to pay business trip expenses, hotel accommodation, hospitality costs, bills for office equipment and supplies, software, mobile phones, and utility services.
DAILY ATM WITHDRAWAL LIMIT
The total daily limit for ATM cash withdrawal is RSD 50,000.00 per card.
MISSING CARD REPORTING AND COMPLAINTS
In case of lost or stolen DinaCard business debit card issued by Postal Savings Bank, joint stock company, please contact the Bank's Contact Center at phone number 011/20 20 292 or visit the nearest Bank branch.
Complaints about transactions must be submitted to Postal Savings Bank exclusively in writing, no later than 15 days from the statement date.
