Card Alarm is a notification service via SMS text messages about transactions made using the card and available balance after a transaction has been completed.
Only a few seconds after the transaction, the Card Alarm service user receives an SMS message with information about the outcome of the transaction (approved, rejected, cancelled), transaction amount and currency, location where the transaction was made and the remaining balance.
Card Alarm service allows you to be informed via SMS message about available balance in the account to which the card is "linked" after each transaction. In addition, Card Alarm service increases the level of security of card use, and the possibility of unauthorized use of the card or card data is reduced to a minimum. As a Card Alarm service user, you receive SMS notifications about unauthorized attempts to use the card or card data, which allows you to be notified within a few seconds of any attempt at their unauthorized use and immediately block the card by calling the Postal Savings Bank Contact Center at +381 11 2020292 and thus prevent its further unauthorized use. Card Alarm service is available for all types of payment cards issued by Postal Savings Bank. The service can be activated at the Bank counter or by sending an SMS message.
