Execution of cheques, standing orders, notification of the expiry date of overdraft.
After the expiry of the promotional period (3 months of free messages from the date of first registration for the service, and also after the promotional period, notifications of payments to the account, permanently, with Internet and Mobile banking services), all messages delivered during one month are charged collectively on the first business day of the following month. Service is charged according to the Bank's valid Tariff of Fees.
Even after the end of the promotional period, the Bank will not charge for messages about the expiry date of overdraft on the current account, as well as for notices to reminding them to provide the necessary funds in the current account for the payment of the next loan installment.
The user who signs up for the SMS Info service at the Bank's counter must have an open current account for private individuals with the Bank, without blocking status (the account must not be blocked).
At the time of registration at the Bank's counter, the user will automatically be registered for all active notifications for his/her account.
The user who wants to sign up for the SMS Info service through the Homeb@nking system must be already registered for the Homeb@nking system and check their current account balance in this way. It is not necessary to have a contract for HB SMS Code.
The user selects the option SERVICES/ Application form for SMS INFO, and fills in the required information in the the fields provided: mobile phone number, current account number and mobile network operator.
Below the fields which need to be completed, the user must indicates that he/she agrees with the Bank's "General Terms and Conditions" and "Tariff of Fees".
After selecting "Confirm entry", the user is presented with possible notifications for his/her current account, where he/she is able to uncheck notifications he/she does not wish to receive, except for the mandatory option 1 - "Inflow to current account".
The user confirms the entered data by entering his/her "Password" for logging in to the Homeb@nking system once again and selecting "Confirm entry".
This is followed by the message: "You have successfully registered for the SMS Info service", which confirms that the registration process was successful.
It is not possible to register the same current account or the same mobile phone number with the system more than once.
The user can cancel the SMS Info service only at the Bank's counters.

At the time of registering for SMS Info service, in addition to the mobile phone number, you need to provide the Bank counter clerk with information about the mobile network operator with which your phone number is registered.
In the event that you have changed the mobile network operator, and have not informed the Bank about this fact, please call the Bank's Contact Center at 011/20 20 292, option 4, then option 3, in order to have this information updated.
