When you want to make someone happy, give them the opportunity to choose the best for themselves. With a gift card, they will buy what they want and where they want.
Anyone can buy a gift card quickly and easily, regardless of whether they are a client of the Bank or not, at any Bank branch office. There is no limit to the number of cards one person can purchase.
When purchasing a Gift Card, the customer deposits funds to the dedicated account linked to the card. The amount deposited to the dedicated account can be between RSD 3,000 and RSD 100,000. The stated amounts should be increased by the fee for issuing the card according to the Bank's Tariff of Fees, because the dedicated account is debited for the amount of this fee at the time of Gift Card purchase. Immediately after the payment is made, the customer receives the Gift Card and it is no longer possible to top up the funds in the dedicated account.
The gift card is active after 12:00 the day following the collection of the card.
The gift card is issued with a validity period of 6 months from the day the card is collected.
The cardholder's name and surname are not printed on the Gift Card.
Gift Cards can be used at over 60,000 points of sale throughout Serbia displaying the DinaCard logo. Each time the Gift Card is used, the dedicated account is debited for the corresponding amount of each transaction. The Gift Card can be used for an unlimited number of purchases of goods and services, as long as the cardholder does not spend the entire amount deposited, that is, as long as there are funds in the dedicated Gift Card account.
Gift Cards cannot be used to withdraw cash at ATMs and counters. On the last day of the month, the Bank prepares a Statement with all transactions made by using the Gift Card, which is available to the cardholder at any Bank branch office free of charge. The cardholder can check the Gift Card account balance at any time, by calling the Bank's Contact Center at 011/20 20 292.
The cardholder can withdraw any unused funds at the Bank's counter after the expiry of the 6 (six) month period. Identity of the cardholder is verified at the Bank's counter using the Gift Card and/or the User's Guide.

Complaints are submitted to Postal Savings Bank exclusively in writing.
