The User (a resident or non-resident) may apply for changing the method of delivery of the Account Statement on the stipulated form of the Bank in the course of duration of the contractual relationship.
The application shall be submitted at the Bank’s counter in person. A change in the method of receiving Statements (e-mail, e-bank, counter, post office) depends on the account type, whereof the Users may inform themselves thoroughly in the nearest branch office of the Bank.
