Postal Savings Bank offers E-bank service for legal entities and sole proprietors (only for accounts 200 - ...).
Users can make payment orders, view transactions, balance and statements for dinar and/or foreign currency payment accounts.
E-bank services provided by the Bank may be accessed:
by installing a desktop program on a computer (laptop) with a smart card/USB token certificate;
through WEB portal.
HOW TO REGISTER
Fill in the documentation electronically - on the computer.
The legal representative certifies the documentation with his/her signature and seal (in case you use it).
Attach a copy of the ID card of the legal representative and all authorized persons.
Print one copy of the completed and certified Application Form and hand it in at the nearest Bank branch.
FOR SOLE PROPRIETORS AND SMALL ENTERPRISES
Contract WEB SME electronic banking for sole proprietors and small enterprises WITHOUT any additional COSTS.
To perform banking transactions using a dinar and/or foreign currency payment account, the user, sole proprietor uses the WEB SME portal by logging in with a username and password, and is therefore not obliged to obtain a certificate on a smart card or USB token and appropriate accessories for the computer.
After registration, the user is e-mailed an access link along with the username, and the password is sent to the mobile phone number that the user registered to verify the account.
To confirm one or more payment orders, a one-time SMS message with a PIN code is used - SMS One Time password.
FOR LEGAL ENTITIES
After registering for the Halcom E-bank service for LEGAL ENTITIES, the user is obliged to provide the appropriate software.
Halcom will install the application for the user depending on the needs and capabilities of the user:
CEB Personal (for a single user on whose computer the application and local database are installed),
CEB Corporate (DB2 database on a server accessed by multiple users through their computers with appropriate application installed for this purpose).
An additional WEB Corporate solution, which enables remote signing of orders, can be used in both cases. Logging in to the WEB Corporate channel is possible in two ways:
by using a Smart card or USB token (all views and functions as well as remote signing are enabled), or
by logging in with username and password (all views and functions are enabled except remote signing).
This is a "multibank" service because the customer can use services of all banks for which it is registered by using a single Halcom electronic certificate. This service is available in English and Serbian language.
