The minimum limit amount per a check issued based on RSD retail payment accounts opened with the Bank is RSD 200.00.

The maximum limit amount per a check issued based on RSD retail payment accounts opened with the Bank for paying for goods and services is RSD 5,000.00.

A customer who holds a RSD payment account for receiving personal income (salary/pension/disability allowance) or an Account Plus may apply for issuing blank paper checks and take them over in the nearest branch office of the Bank. At the moment of applying, it is necessary that the above mentioned types of accounts have positive balances.

Loss, theft or missing of checks shall be reported in the following manner:

• At the Bank’s counters by completing a Report on Loss, Theft or Missing of Documents. After reporting this to the Bank, it is necessary that the blank paper checks are announced invalid in the Official Gazette and that a legal proceeding is initiated before the competent court for the redemption of blank paper checks.
