Visa business debit card is intended for legal entities and entrepreneurs.
It is linked to the RSD current account - the account is debited immediately after the transaction is made.
Using a VISA business debit card provides an efficient way of managing funds in the account of a legal entity/ an entrepreneur, simple cost control, and optimization of the business expenses payment process. The card is equipped with a chip, which provides a high degree of security and protection against misuse. Additional security is provided by the fact that PIN is used in most point-of-sale locations.
Application for issuing a VISA business debit card is submitted at the Bank counter by a person authorized to represent the legal entity or entrepreneur along with accompanying documentation. In order for the application to be approved, the legal entity/entrepreneur must hold a current account with the Bank.
VISA business debit card, travel health insurance card and PIN are collected at the branch counter. Card is collected by a person authorized to represent the legal entity/entrepreneur.
The card is inactive at the time of collection and cannot be used. It is activated automatically the following day after 12:00 and can only be used after this time.
The card can be used in the country and abroad to pay for goods and services and withdraw cash at locations displaying Visa logo.
Visa business debit card is mostly used to pay business trip expenses, purchase airline tickets online, book and pay for hotel accommodation, pay entertainment expenses, pay bills for office equipment and supplies, software, mobile phones, and utility services.
Postal Savings Bank has provided the Verified by VISA (VbV) service, which provides the highest level of protection against unauthorized use of card data when making online payments.
Bearing in mind that the password is sent via SMS, we kindly ask VISA business card users to check their mobile phone number registered with the Bank by calling the Contact Center at +381 11 2020292 or visiting a branch.
Registration or change of mobile phone number, as well as change of the daily limit for online payments, can be done by the card user only at a Bank branch.
Please note that clients who use the CardAlarm service receive SMS messages with a password to the same mobile phone number to which CardAlarm transaction notifications are sent, and that the sender of both types of SMS messages is the same - POSTED.
Travel health insurance card is a document based on which the user exercises his/her right to travel health insurance, and which is valid in the period indicated on the card.
Insurance is provided during travel and stay abroad for the purpose of necessary assistance in connection with the organization of the insured person's treatment, necessary treatment, transportation to a health facility or the country of residence, which is the result of a sudden illness or injury of the insured person. The contract was concluded in accordance with Travel Health Insurance Terms and Conditions and valid regulations of the Republic of Serbia.
The agreed participation of the insured person in damages (deductible) is 5% (min. EUR 50) per harmful event.
Geographic coverage: insurance coverage is valid in the territories of all European countries, including Turkey, with the exception of Russia.
The agreed insured amount is EUR 35,000, it is stated on the card - travel health insurance policy and represents the upper limit of the Insurer's obligation per insured person for the agreed insurance period. Individual sub-limits for the contracted level of coverage, which are determined in Travel Health Insurance Terms and Conditions, are contained in the contracted insured sum and do not increase the maximum obligation of the Insurer determined by the contracted insured sum, indicated on the card - policy.
The total daily limit for ATM cash withdrawal is RSD 50,000.00 per card.

Complaints about transactions must be submitted to Postal Savings Bank exclusively in writing, no later than 15 days from the statement date.
