DIRECT DEBIT

Announcement of EPS: Taking into account the state of emergency caused by weather disasters that hit certain parts of the Republic of Serbia, the deadline for obtaining the discount of 6% and 7% for the january 2026 bill has been postponed to 23 February 2026 .

Direct debit is a service based on the client's consent which involves payment of obligations on a regular monthly basis by debiting the client's current account.
This service is most often used to pay telephone, electricity, utility services bills, etc.

Payment of regular monthly obligations by direct debit can be made:

• To the companies which have concluded a contract with the Bank on the payment of monthly obligations.
• Via the "Platimatik" system of the Association of Serbian Banks for payment of regular monthly obligations. Payment of services via Direct Debit ("Platimatik") system is free of charge.

Current account holders can submit a request for using this service at any Bank counter by filling in and signing the "Request for registration/cancelling of service - direct debit authorization" form.
