Dear Sir/Madam,

We hereby inform you that the payment of the one-time cash benefit/assistance intended to mitigate the effects of the energy crisis and the rising cost of living for certain categories of the population, provided through one-time financial support and a one-time cash benefit, will not be made by delivery to your home address.

You may collect the cash benefit/assistance at any branch of the Bank or at the counters of Pošta Srbije d.o.o. Belgrade, or use the funds through POS terminals at points of sale and ATM.

When collecting the cash benefit/assistance, you are required to present a valid identification document (identity card or passport) and your payment card.

If you are unable to come in person, you may authorize another person to act on your behalf and for your account to undertake the necessary actions. The power of attorney must be certified by the competent authority.
