Post Card is a brand of Postal Savings Bank and a co-brand with DinaCard and UnionPay. It is a national debit payment card and also serves as an identification card for an RSD current account.
You can use the Post Card DinaCard UnionPay debit payment card to pay for goods and services and to withdraw cash: domestically - at POS terminals and ATMs displaying the DinaCard logo; and abroad - at POS terminals and ATMs displaying the UnionPay logo.
All individuals who open an RSD current account with the Bank – students, employees, pensioners – are entitled to the card, whereas only those who are employed for an indefinite period or pensioners are entitled to make purchases in installments.

The total daily limit for ATM withdrawals is RSD 50,000.00 per card. The same amount (RSD 50,000.00) is the daily limit for card-not-present payments - this serves as the card’s 24-hour spending control limit.
A customer may increase/decrease the daily limit by submitting an application at the Bank’s counter or by changing the spending limit via m-banking and e-banking.

*Only individuals employed under an indefinite (permanent) contract or pensioners - who hold a current account with Postal Savings Bank - are eligible to make purchases in installments with the card.
To use the installment payment option, the customer must select the number of installments at the POS. The total amount can be divided into up to six equal monthly installments. The first installment becomes due 30 days after purchase.
