Postal Savings Bank is the first bank in Serbia where you can send money through Western Union.
Visit your nearest Bank branch office.
Provide the following information to the bank clerk:
Payment is made only in dinars. Give the money to be transfered to the Bank clerk, along with the transfer fee amount. Sign the Send Money form.
The daily limit for sending money is RSD 880,000.00, and the monthly limit is RSD 1,150,000.00 per person.
You will receive an MTCN (Money Transfer Control Number) of which you need to inform the receiver.

RECEIVE MONEY
The money is received 10-20 minutes after it is sent and can be collected at Postal Savings Bank branch offices.
Documents required to pick up your money
If all the information you provided is correct, the bank clerk will pay out the money and give you a confirmation of payment.
WU remittances at Postal Savings Bank are paid out in EUR or in RSD, as per request of the recipient, whereby amounts less than EUR 5 are paid out only in RSD equivalent.
Payment of funds in foreign currency is possible only in EUR**, and other foreign currencies are converted by Western Union according to its exchange rate list. Sign the Receive Money form.
No fee or commission is charged when paying out Western Union remittances.
* For transactions sent from the USA and Mexico, you must also specify the city from which the money was sent.
** In addition to the service fee, Western Union also generates income from the conversion of money into another currency.

AWARD
Postal Savings Bank, joint-stock company, Belgrade, was recognized by Western Union as the agent with the highest increase in turnover in 2013 in Serbia, based on paid out Western Union remittances.
The award was presented to the Bank by Nogay Kanpolat, Western Union's Regional Director for Southeastern Europe.
