LONG-TERM RSD CASH LOAN

Loan is granted to the client who meets the following conditions:

• Client is an employed person or a beneficiary of pension and disability insurance.
• Client's financial status and creditworthiness are assessed by the Bank as positive.
• Client has a current account opened with the Bank.

From RSD 100,000.00 to RSD 3,000,000.00 per product.
Loan is approved for a period of 36 to 67 months and is repaid in monthly installments, with the possibility of delaying the start of loan repayment for 100 days during the promotional period until 1 May 2022, i.e. for a period of 36 to 71 months without delaying the start of repayment. Loan is repaid by debiting the current account of the loan beneficiary, starting one month after signing the Loan Agreement.

During promotional period until 29 February

• fixed during the entire loan repayment period and amounts to 9.39%

• Fixed for the period of the first 3 months, i.e. for the period until the date of the first adjustment of the interest rate after the expiration of the 3-month period (30 June or 31 December) and amounts to 12.20%
• Variable after the 3rd month, i.e. after the date of the first adjustment of the interest rate and is calculated as the sum of the six-month BELIBOR valid on 31 May and 30 November and a fixed margin in the amount of 7.00%.

After promotional period

• Fixed for the period of the first 3 months, i.e. for the period until the date of the first adjustment of the interest rate after the expiration of the 3-month period (30 June or 31 December) and amounts to 12.20%
• Variable after the 3rd month, i.e. after the date of the first adjustment of the interest rate and is calculated as the sum of the six-month BELIBOR valid on 31 May and 30 November and a fixed margin in the amount of 7.00%.

The interest rate is changed twice a year, on 30 June and 31 December of each year.

During the grace period, the Bank calculates intercalary interest on the amount of the approved loan using the regular, contracted interest rate. The calculated intercalary interest is capitalized, that is, added to the principal balance of the loan at the time when the loan repayment starts.

Default interest is equal to the statutory default interest or the contracted (regular) interest if it is higher.

• Credit Bureau report fee in the amount of RSD 246.00.
• Cost of two promissory notes in the amount of RSD 100.00.

• Two blank solo promissory notes
• Attachment on salary (only for employed persons).
• Based on the Bank's assessment - additional security instruments.

Upon a written request to the Bank, the Borrower can make a partial or early repayment of the entire outstanding loan without a fee.

• Certificate of employment and amount of income (only for employed persons).
• Decision on attachment on salary in two copies (only for employed persons).
