The service of fast, safe and favorabe money transfer is available in all branch offices of the Bank.
Sending of money is carried out by payments made at the counters of the Bank only in dinars(RSD).
The user does not have to hold an account with the Bank when making a payment for sending money. The user selects a currency in which he/she wants the money to be paid out, and the employee at the counter informs the user of available currencies in the country selected for receiving money. The rate of exchange is defined in advance, without additional costs of conversion when the payment is made abroad. Only the sender pays the commission for sending money when he/she sends it. The monthly limit and maximum amount of a money transfer that can be sent per a transaction is EUR 5,000. Also, a receiver in Serbia may receive the maximum amount of EUR 5,000.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR SENDING MONEY
Together with your ID document, submit a request for sending money;
If you agree with the fee and terms, make the payment;
Inform the receiver of the PIN code and amount indicated on the receipt.
The money sent to Serbia will be paid out in euros (EUR) or dinars (RSD), depending on the currency the sender points out at the counter when sending money.The funds may be withdrawn in all branch offices of the Bank.
The documents required for the withdrawal of money:
ID card, passport or refugee ID card.
Control number (PIN), which the sender informs the receiver of.
Name of the sender.
Name of the country from which the money is sent.
Expected amount.
If all the details indicated by you are correct, the officer of the Bank will pay you the money and provide you with a confirmation of payment.
If RIA money transfer is indicated in EUR for amounts lower than EUR 5, the payment will be made only in RSD equivalent.
There is no fee charged for RIA Money transfers payment.
